Our Process
Your project manager will schedule, supervise and control the quality of work carried out by the various sub-contractors required by this project. He will make regular site inspections and act as liaison for all your requirements. Specifically, he will:
- work with you to create the design for the project.
- advise you on the selection of materials, fixtures and furnishings.
- help choose and schedule sub-contractors.
- arrange supplementary suppliers and contractors where required.
- establish and maintain a written budget; communicate and justify changes; approve payment requests, and track expenditure.
- coordinate on-site work; supervise quality and suitability of all work carried out; work to incorporate your design and usability requirements, including any changes you wish to make to the original specification.
- personally provide you with regular updates on the work schedule, budget and expenditure.
- provide advice by phone or in person when required.
